1) Download Resource Hacker.
2) Then Goto C:\windows\system32.
3) Copy explorer.exe to any folder (Make Backup).
4) Then Open resource hacker.
5) Then Open file explorer.exe from c:\windows.
6) Then Goto "String table".
7) Then Goto "37".
8) Then open file 1033.
9) Right hand side there is following line
578 , "start".
10) Rename start with your desired name.
11) Compile the script (This button is display above in resource hacker).Minimize Resource hacker
12) Now end process of explorer.exe from task-manager.(not end process tree only end process).
13) Goto Resource hacker and save the file.
