1) Start Run
2) Type Regedit
3) Find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Notepad
(Tried On Windows 8.1)
4) In Windows XP and 7 try to find similar key
5) See the picture for setting the height, width and starting position
6) If you can't find these type of key in windows 7 and xp try to find similar with this.
